關于接地線的一些規(guī)范

PE-表示保護接地

保護接地，是為防止電氣裝置的金屬外殼、配電裝置的構(gòu)架和線路桿塔等帶電危及人身和設備安全而進行的接地。所謂保護接地就是將正常情況下不帶電，而在絕緣材料損壞后或其他情況下可能帶電的電器金屬部分（即與帶電部分相絕緣的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)部分）用導線與接地體可靠連接起來的一種保護接線方式。像家里的電器都會有保護接地。

IE-工作接地（屏蔽接地）

指電力系統(tǒng)和電氣裝置的中性點、電氣設備的外露導電部分和裝置外導電部分經(jīng)由導體與大地相連。工作接地的作用是保持系統(tǒng)電位的穩(wěn)定性，即減輕低壓系統(tǒng)由高壓竄入低壓系統(tǒng)所產(chǎn)生過電壓的危險性。通常都是電力系統(tǒng)中帶電的部位(如變壓器、發(fā)電機中性點)與大地的連接。    

區(qū)別：

IE工作接地（屏蔽接地），單獨設置接地回路與PE分開，但是IE的終點最后還是接到PE的接地柱，既然最終都是到PE接地柱，目的是防止工作接地線或接地干線出現(xiàn)故障，連接電阻增大，PE和工作接地之間形成回路電流

The shield of three-core power cables shall be grounded at both ends (panel and load) 三相電源電纜的屏蔽線應該在兩端的終點都加接地。

The shield of single-core power cables shall be grounded at only one end. The floating end shall be properly insulated. If the load is located in hazardous area, the load side shall be the ground one。對于單根電源線的屏蔽線，只需要在一端的終點接地即可，另外一端應該保證絕緣。 如果負載在危險區(qū)域，負載端應該接地。
